I will personally send you $50 bucks if you can make this read:
Darth Vader; Dark Lord of the Sith (human male - more or less)
Thanks for posting...just a nice little peek into what's coming...

Thanks for the DP, Sue!
Does the subject of the homage (third name down) know yet? I wish we could all see the reaction.
I read the Death Star excerpt in the back of the Darth Bane paperback, and it was great. Both POV characters were spot on, IMO. Their attitudes toward others just leapt off the page. Love it! Really looking forward to the book.
Yep, this was the reason -- the one person covers just looked cooler.
Thanks for the answer, Sue! I figured that might be it. Poor Han and Leia, though, having to share a LOTF cover when no one else has to. (They got TJK and TUQ solo, I guess. ) I've got a sneaking suspicion I know who, for thematic reasons, is the likely candidate to be on the cover of Invincible -- but you could go in several different directions for Revelation. Can't wait to see who it is.

Kornell "Uli" Divini; Imperial Surgical Corps captain (human male)
Yay! I really liked Uli in "Medstar II: Jedi Healer." You've sold me this book based on him alone. (Not that I wouldn't have bought it anyway!)

- I'd be curious to know if the plan was altered mainly for artistic reasons (like the concept designs just looking better with a single character)*

I rather don't like to answer these types of questions because folks will read too much into it. And while it's fun to speculate (and I know I encourage that by posting the teasers), I've learned that people have a tendency to hold tightly to their own speculation and then they're disappointed when the book doesn't reflect that speculation. And I also don't keep track of the size of roles in this way.
Ah, okay, if it's for the best to keep it a secret than that's fine

Speculation is always fun. But just like reading the books, if you don't do it with an open mind, you're going to end up defeating your own enjoyment...
Sue, before we get too far removed from "ideas to jot down to possibly blog about after LOTF is finished", I wanted to toss out one more: Way back when, you'd mentioned a tentative plan to have one character on LOTF book covers 1-3 & 7-9 and two characters on 4-6. I'd be curious to know if the plan was altered mainly for artistic reasons (like the concept designs just looking better with a single character) or for thematic or symbolic reasons. If you're willing, I'd really love to hear what the original tentative ideas were, and how the early ideas for 5-9 were affected when 5-6 became single character covers.
I imagine you might not want to answer until after we've seen the 8-9 covers, and perhaps even until after we've read the books. But I hope you'll keep it in mind for when you might be able to share.

Sue, I asked before how big a role Alema will play in Inferno, just to clarify I wasn't asking for plot details I meant will her roll be the size of her role in Tempest and Exile or like her role in Sacrifice or will it be somewhere in between?

There are full-cast audio dramas being produced in Germany, though, by WortArt, of Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader, and Labyrinth of Evil.
You guys are doing an unbelievable job supporting the Fans across the pond. If those audio dramas come out during this 365 day anniversay celebration that would be an extra boon for all those die hard Star Wars lovers over seas not to mention my skillz in run on sentence'+ stry+.

Sue,
Just wondering, episodes, 4,5, and 6 were rewritten for radio (NPR) by the late Brian Daley (great production by the way). Just wondering if there are any plans for a radio drama for ep. 1, 2, and 3? Also, if there are plans for a radio drama, do you have any idea who the author(s) will be? Thanks.
Also, thanks for the DN edit.it really did just "turn down the heat a notch" (thank goodness!!) -Sorry I'm a true J/J shipper.

Why hasn't my question been answered????
From the post on the very first page:
"If a question goes unanswered by the VIPs, assume that for whatever reason, they are unable or unwilling to answer it. DO NOT repeat it. Thanks."
