*I hope thats just an oversight on Sue's part! *

I'm relieved to see that you understand (and accept) the possibility!

Blood Oath and Boba Fett.

No, it's not good news. Both are cancelled.

The books are put back in the bin: Untitled, Unassigned, Publication date: Unknown.

Sue, you are the BEST!!! Your blog a LOT of good news, and a lot of surprises. I like the new titles SIEGE and CONVICTION. CHOICES is a pretty interesting title place holder for a follow up of a book called ALLEGIANCE. Lol, thanks again.

:) :) :)

*And yes, the Boba Fett book is cancelled. *

Not good. Can you give a hint as to what might replace it?

The date for ABYSS was wrong -- I had the 25th, but both the Random House catalog page and Amazon.com have the 18th, so I'm betting it's coming out the 18th.

And yes, the Boba Fett book is cancelled.

Are you confirming the cancellation of the Boba Fett novel? It wasn't mentioned in your blog..

Are we getting an Old Republic tie in book for the MMORG?

I haven't been editing the Video Game Tie-ins for a while now, so really can't speak to this.

Oh Sue, one other question,

Are we getting an Old Republic tie in book for the MMORG?

And if yes, is that in the main contract, or on a separate contract?

Mother of mercy sue, theres a LOT of goodies in there. In addition to the two already mentioned:

October 5, 2010 -- UNTITLED by Joe Schreiber

September 2011 -- UNTITLED by Timothy Zahn. Set after ALLEGIANCE, the working title is CHOICES

October 2011 -- UNTITLED by Jeff Grubb. Paperback.

November 2011 -- UNTITLED and UNASSIGNED hardcover.

We have two assigned books in 2012, one in March and the other in November, both hardcovers.

As you say, Life IS good.

*Unfortunately, no. Tim has other projects in the works so can't get to his book any sooner than what has been planned.

*"July, 2010 -- Coming attraction by well-known author. Not to be disclosed. I can't answer ANY questions about this one, and probably shouldn't even put it in here. So pretend you didn't see it, okay? Really. I won't even acknowledge your questions about this. Maybe I just stuck it in here for conversation... who knows?

September, 2010 -- Another one I'm not able to confirm. There might be a book here and on the other hand there might not. Signs point to yes, but situation is hazy. Ask again later, or better yet, don't ask at all."

Lets get a thread started right away!!! lol

Timothy Zahn novel might get brought forward to fill that gap

Unfortunately, no. Tim has other projects in the works so can't get to his book any sooner than what has been planned.

So Sue, since the Boba Fett novel is likely to be cancelled, is there any chance that the untitled Timothy Zahn novel might get brought forward to fill that gap? Because that would just be amazing if it did!
