Yes, it's Luke on Inferno and Ben on Fury. I would assume that Luke's read tint comes from all of the flames (if you look closely, you can see that he's on Kashyyyk).

Who is on the cover of Inferno holding a green lightsaber? It sure looks like Luke but his hair has a red tint. That may be because of the lava/fire. Also, who is on +Fury+? Is it Ben holding a blue lightsaber? I'm so confused!

Yeah that was pretty weird....
At least Dooku was in a way important to the story of Cestus Deception, as a sort of symbol of the machinations of the Separatists.

i dont really understand why they had assaj ventress(spelling?) taking up most of the cover on Jedi Trial. and i also dont understand why count dooku was taking up most of the cestus deceptions cover either. ventress was only in jedi trial for like a page or two and if i remember correctly dooku wasnt in deception at all.

That's the Lost Hope? They have that burn up in the atmosphere as they land on Gariq? If that's what it is, okay, but it seemed much smaller than that to me. The way Corran or someone described walking through it, the Lost Hope didn't seem to be that big.
Yeah, I don't know. Sue would know better than any of us though. And cover art isn't always 100% true to the author's intentions.
I'll go with the Jubilee Wheel being the small station around Ord Mantell, but I wouldn't at all be surprised to see someone fund a ring around an entire planet, especially someone like Boss B or a power hungry Hutt.
Definitely. I didn't mean to suggest that the idea wasn't plausible.

Then again, the book came out at about the time as Episode I so they tried to link up as much as they could. Such as Han describing the Falcon as old as a J-type 372 Nubian (the type of ship Amidala uses in Episode I whatever it is).

Reading Hero's Trial, the description of Ord Mantell is that it has a "ring" about it that is called the Jubilee Wheel. Since the description said a chunk was missing in it (I think when Han sees the planet or is talking to Boss B) and a chunk is missing off the cover, I reasoned that it was Ord Mantell.
I'm pretty sure the Jubilee Wheel doesn't go around the whole planet - it's a much smaller space station in orbit above Ord Mantell.
Here's a picture of it, apparently from the New Jedi Order Sourcebook:

Okay, I'll ask this here: what planet is on the cover of Dark Tide II: Ruin?
Actually, it's not a planet, it's a ship. Here's what Lucas Books editior Sue Rostoni said about it awhile back:
It's understandable that folks wouldn't readily recognize this. It's the old decrepit freighter, the Lost Hope. It's designed after the Trade Federation ships, but it's much, much smaller. It was used as a decoy with the Best Chance hidden in it. Those red things aren't continents or anything (it looks a little like a world to me), they're part of the damage and aging to the freighter. The yellow rings are lights.

Here's one to think about: the lightsaber on the cover of The Unifying Force, is it Luke's or Anakin's or someone elses? Until recently, I thought it was Luke's since it looks just like his, but Obi-Wan Kenobi's is the same design as Luke's so it's possible that Jacen, Anakin, or Jaina based their lightsabers off Luke's. Also, Anakin's lightsaber come into play in The Unifying Force so I think it might be Anakin's. If only the blade was on and either green or purple (???)

I, Jedi does have a great cover with Corran Horn and Whistler (I think that's his droid ) on it. It makes me think of the cover for Crystal Star (although not one of my favorite books) where Luke is on there with his lightsaber looking all in control.

Ithor doesn't have a metal ring like the Jubilee Wheel, but platforms in the atmosphere.

Okay, I'll ask this here: what planet is on the cover of Dark Tide II: Ruin? If it's Ord Mantell, it should be Ithor and Ord Mantell should be on the other of Hero's Trial (but there's nothing wrong with Han, Elan, and Droma.)
