Q no. 2 - How did Walter John Williams find TWO Super Star Destroyers in the GFFA,

Q. no 3 - How did you all miss one of the biggest nods we've ever given to our loyal followers?

Heh. Hello big important people.

Q no. 1 - Is it legal for me and others to write fanfic along the 'NJO Infinities' lines and let people read them as eBooks? (They would have the relevant disclaimers and lucas charater copyright's etc on them, although it would be great if you could tell me what exactly to put for that!) No money would be being made AT ALL...

Q no. 2 - How did Walter John Williams find TWO Super Star Destroyers in the GFFA, and what are Proton Missiles? :p

Q no. 3 - (Greedy I know, sorry!) Why won't anybody buy my lemonade? Er... I mean, is Raynar dead?

When will Stephen Barnes' Clone War novel be coming out--2003 or 2004?

Michael: Check back a few pages. I asked them that, in relation to ours and other fan projects, and the only person who responded said they didn't ever consult fan works.

VIP's, what do you think of Timetales (by Chris McElroy & Michael Potts), and Nathan Butler's Timeline Gold?

Question: What can you say about the new Clone Wars storyline that's coming up?

What authors are signed up, for example?

Or is it still under wraps?

  • Methinks the TFN dudes are a bit behind the curve here. (No insult intended.) *

Interesting that the TFN dudes follow this thread. Or the TFN dudes' minions follow this thread. Or whatever.

Yes. Irrefutable logic. If we can prove that in one instance he can't know something because it doesn't exist than he must know everything.

Now I shall go explain this to my Intro to Logic professor and sit back while he gives me an F for the course.

Although I noticed that they referred to this thread as, quote:

"the Official Site's new Books and Comics VIP Thread." (italics added by me)

This thread's been here since October 14. Methinks the TFN dudes are a bit behind the curve here. (No insult intended.)

The reason JTS doesn't know who the Yetheva are is because they don't exist. :-D

Check this out: We got a mention on TFN! (Well, sort of.)

Second item from the top.

This is the first time I've seen a thread from The Official Message Boards linked to at TFN Books. They always link to threads at the TFN boards.

Me again, with another VIP query.

When will Stephen Barnes' Clone War novel be coming out--2003 or 2004?

Thanks in advance.

However, it looks like Zahn will be writing one or two more novels, probably in the prequel era, and probably as part of the Clone Wars project.

Last I heard, Zahn will be writing a novel between Episodes 1 and 2, dealing with Obi-Wan & Anakin & the Outbound Flight Project.

And also a novel sometime in the vicinity of the Young Jedi Knights series. Probably between the last YJK book and Vector Prime.

But for the VIPs Is there any way possible to get Timothy Zahn to write for the NJO seris? He is a wonderful author and I think he would do really well.

You were not listening apparently. The LAST NJO book is The Unifying Force, which will come out in Autumn 2003. After that the NJO will be over. Ended. Done. No Zahn in NJO.

cant remember that far. what was the best chance and why was it in the lost hope?

Read Dark Tide II: Ruin again. The Lost Hope was the decoy ship that hid the Best Chance, the vehicle that allowed Corran Horn, Jacen Solo, Ganner Rhysode and a Noghri team to infiltrate Garqi after it had been captured by the Yuuzhan Vong.

Welcome to the boards. :)

*VIPs: Will Timothy Zahn be writing any novels for the NJO? *

Nope. All the authors for the rest of the NJO have been set. There's the Force Heretic trilogy with Shane Dix and Sean Williams, the title-still-unannounced paperback by Greg Keyes, and the last hardcover and NJO novel, The Unifying Force, by James Luceno.

However, it looks like Zahn will be writing one or two more novels, probably in the prequel era, and probably as part of the Clone Wars project.
