It's since been discovered that Dark Lord refers to him as head of "Internal Security Bureau" which is different to the "Imperial Security Bureau".

Is Armand Isard's position in Dark Lord as ISB chief a mistake, or deliberate?

IG-88C and D were both destroyed in Tatooine's orbit. Fett finishes C off first, who has already been waiting for Slave I's arrival, then D jumps out of hyperspace to try his luck, but his ship is blown apart, too.
The New Essential Guide to Characters says "...IG-88D survived the explosion, and limped to Ord Mantell, where Dash Rendar finished him off."

Have the names and number of Commandos that the rebels deployed on Endor been set? I have heard everything from the Decipher CCG names, to Major Bren "Cliff" Derlin was there on the ground as well as Orrimaarko. But they are not visually there in any scene. Can you tell who was in that Commando team?

They wouldn't even kill off a minor character aboard the Khetanna like Cane Adiss with finality, instead hedging their bets with a carefully worded final sentence.
That's a pretty good sign you should assume nothing about the deaths of people aboard the sail barge other than Jabba and what few others are confirmed to have died there.

Can we assume that everyone aboard the Khetanna died in the explosion? Except of course the lucky beings that are known to have survived, like Bib Fotuna and Tessek for example.
Seeing that there are so many lucky survivors (Bossk and the entire Max Rebo Band made it out too), I don't think that would be a safe assumption.

Which reminds me of something: Can we assume that everyone aboard the Khetanna died in the explosion? Except of course the lucky beings that are known to have survived, like Bib Fotuna and Tessek for example.
By the way: Just checked "Tales of the Bounty Hunters" and the other "Shadows of the Empire"-sources I mentioned last time once more . IG-88C and D were both destroyed in Tatooine's orbit. Fett finishes C off first, who has already been waiting for Slave I's arrival, then D jumps out of hyperspace to try his luck, but his ship is blown apart, too.
I don't want to be a pain in the neck with my rigidity (believe me ), but I really think this needs clarification.

+Are Jabba's guards Nizuc Bek andVelken Tezeri the same individual? +
Very unlikely, since Bek was aboard the sail barge flirting with Sy Snootles, while Tezeri was on on the skiff that carried Skywalker and his companions.

Hi Leland, could you identify several members of the Indobok Pirates for me? Specifically, the one referred to as Glurrg. Which one is he? Also, can you differentiate between Plixon and Bixon? Was there any other information you know of created about these characters, or were the rest of the pirates never named either? Like jSarek said in the post before, if you're allowed to visit Wookieepedia you can see the information I gathered so far - Indobok Pirates. Thanks for your time!

It's from Challenge: The Magazine of Science Fiction Gaming, issue 58, published by GDW in March of 1992. The article was written by Chris Hind.
Not treated as continuity. I've never been able to verify whether these articles went through the Licensing approval process.

Sorry for double post. What are the names of the 2-1B surgical droid, and the GNK power droid being tortured in Jabba's Palace?
Note the 2-1B often receives the fanon name "2-1A".
Behind the Magic reveals a Sullustan in Jabba's Palace with a graying beard. Is this a male, and is it canon? What would it's name be?

Are Jabba's guards Velken Tezeri and Nizuc Bek not the same person? They look to have been portrayed by the same actor in the same outfit.
Did "Major" Marquand and "Lt." Watts man Tempest Scout 2 (AT-ST) during the Battle of Endor?

Tasty Taste:
I have no idea what this is. If it's not an official source, it wouldn't be canon.
It's from Challenge: The Magazine of Science Fiction Gaming, issue 58, published by GDW in March of 1992. The article was written by Chris Hind.
If you want a brief summary of the battle, and if taking a peek at Wookieepedia isn't against the rules for you, you can go here. Information on Challenge 58 can be seen here.
*I don't believe we've ever said concretely that he wasn't. *
No, but you sure have danced a pretty waltz when you've had opportunities to state that he was. ;-p Not that a little mythic ambiguity now and then is necessarily a bad thing. A person can live without air for minutes, water for days, food for weeks, and answers forever.

Is it possible that one day the "Battle of Mandalore" from the challenger mag will be made canon?
I have no idea what this is. If it's not an official source, it wouldn't be canon.

if Mace Windu really could move at the speeds he could in the Clone Wars cartoons, why did he appear so slow in the Revenge of the Sith movie?
TPM sets a precedent when we see Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon elude the destroyer droids. Come to think of it, what about Luke's jump from the bottom of the carbon-freezing chamber in +ESB+?

Was "Lt." Watts actually the pilot of Tempest Scout 2, and "Major" Marquand the gunner?
