Can we consider that "Starkiller", aka Galen Marek's codename, is a Sith Name ? Without the Darth title of course, but after all he's a secret sith apprentice ^^.

Hi again Mr. Chee,
This is a follow up on my "Sith Eye color" question, this time concerning a specific character. In the twenty fourth issue of Star Wars: Tales, there is a short story called "Marked" that shows Darth Maul as a young boy just as he is taken by Darth Sidious. I noticed it showed his eyes as a orange color. Do you think it was simply the artist using Maul's on screen eye color as a basis? What then is his "in-universe" eye color without the presence of the dark side? It's a curiosity of mine and I would appreciate any thoughts you may have on the subject.

Oh and what kind of Droids are the ones that were triggered by Ahsoka when she reached the Shield Generator on Christophsis?

I saw the Clone Wars this afternoon and I really want to know if the following items already have a name or designation:
- The cool octopuslike ship that kidnaps Rotta?
- Whorm Loathsome's cute assistant Droid?
- The Bith Band in Ziro's place?
- Do we see Admiral Wurtz on-screen?

Now that Keyan Farlander has been released as a B-Wing Pilot from Hasbro, does that mean that Farlander appears in Return of the Jedi (like the box says)? If he does, what pilot is he exactly?

Question, Leland:
Is there anything particular you can tell me about the continuity of the GBA games The New Droid Army and +Revenge of the Sith+? Whether their canon levels, or more specifically, if any part (storyline but not other elements etc.) are non-continuity, or just for fun, or if they are as complete as any other EU source?
I know of the contradictions between the PS2 RotS game and both movies and novelizations for it, and the GBA game features even more, so I find it prudent to ask. And that naturally makes me wonder about other GBA games too.

My question for Leland is this:
Do you catalogue within the holocron all the similies and metaphors that authors use to enhance your entries of the items/species/etc refered to within the similie or metaphor?

O.... I better understand why you use the Sith Way, then :P. As I said it, with the several posts about CW3D I thought perhaps Leeland hadn't seen my isolated posts . That's all, but ok : so sorry I won't insist like that the next time .

You needn't take myself up sharply, and if it's all one's can expect of the Star Wars community here, I'd rather not insist and leave you if you prefer staying in your little world
Oh, come on! If you are here asking continuity questions, it has to be every bit as much your little world. So, you are new and made a mistake. Big whoop. Every community has its norms which you gotta learn the hard way. Yes, I could have been nicer about it, but I didn't bother.
At least you didn't start your posting career by linking people to SuperShadow, like I did...

The question wasn't inappropriate. Repeating it several times is. And while others also repeat, they usually limit themselves. Me, for example, repeat myself once. It has happened that answerable questions are simply overlooked, in which case repeating it once just to be safe is okay. If it is still ignored, it is more than likely that Leland has some reason or other for not answering, in which case nagging will only earn you flak rather than answers.

Hey, though the What's the Story contests are over, is there any way or anyone to contact about writing some sort of a biography? Seems like there are still alot of background characters that would be cool to flesh out. Or, are there any plans in the future to revive Whats the Story?

I have to admit I don't see in what my question is inapproriate regarding the other questions posted in this topic... And come on ! you do not hesitate to repeat and repeat again about CW3D whereas poor Leeland has ever answered... So you're a great impolite too ? I don"t think so ! I've ever explained I rewrote my question only because I thought Leeland perhaps haven't seen it because of the too-many CW3D posts . You needn't take myself up sharply, and if it's all one's can expect of the Star Wars community here, I'd rather not insist and leave you if you prefer staying in your little world... It's frankly ridiculous I'm forced to write more about your so-called moratories than It takes me time to write my question...

Actually, the rudeness is on your part. If you have asked three times to no answer, you need to follow the actual guidelines set down in the thread, which is what the gent you called "rude" was trying to point out. If a question isn't answered, it is both bad form and inappropriate (by thread guidelines) to repeat over, and over, and over again.

How rude... I can insist a bit, perhaps he haven't seen it with the CW3D posts. And it's not difficult to answer yes or no ( or there's no official answer but I don't hope ) .

If you haven't gotten an answer twice before, it is more than likely he won't give you one. It is up to him to answer or not, as the first post of the thread says.

Third time... :
It is said in the German Version of The Star Wars Official Fact Files that Executor Sedriss was originally named Qaga Lok, that he was a descendant of Ulic Qel-Droma, who renamed himself Sedriss QL ( therefore Sedriss would be a Sith name...) in honor of the Darth title ( which he replaced by the Imperial title of Executor )...
Actually, with the unpublished Lightsider novel, Sedriss's origines are a mystery... So : are these informations official or unofficial, please ?

Okay, a question not having to do with The Clone Wars, instead relating to the Banking Clan transport. Earlier in this forum you said that the transport did not appear in Episode II. Two part question: Is there a smaller ship in front of the core ship in this image (lower left corner of the frame)? And if so, could it be a Banking Clan transport? I can't tell myself, but another user on Wookieepedia claims that it could be the afforementioned transport.

Just a thought: The reason the CW timeline would need to be compressed is Anakin's earlier-than-originally-established ascension to knighthood, right? In order to take a Padawan himself. But is it really necessary for Ahsoka to become his Padawan right at the start? Why can't it be she just accompanied Anakin and Obi-Wan throughout much of the war (the film, much of the TV series), only to officially become Anakin's Padawan somewhere after the Battle of Praesitlyn (possibly late part of series)? I realize the film is already finished by this point, and if she is explicitly mentioned to be his Padawan in the film, please ignore this post.

So I take it that the timeframe of 22-19 BBY will still be the timeframe of the Clone Wars, just with vague dates for certain battles.

Will this timeline feature the new compressed Clone Wars timeline, or, because it's so near to publication, will it be the old timeline?
Don't be suprised if the the Clone Wars portion of the timeline is a bit vague.
