Wookieepedia has the 12 as:

Once the project was sanctioned by Chief of State Mon Mothma, Skywalker decided to build it in the Massassi temples of Yavin 4. He originally recruited twelve students: Tionne, Dorsk 81, Kirana Ti, Kam Solusar, Brakiss, Streen, Gantoris, Corran Horn (under the alias of Kieran Halcyon), Madurrin, Kyle Katarn (who soon after left due to his concerns about the dark side), and two other cadets (possibly Havet Storm, Keyan Farlander or Harlan). They were joined shortly after by Kyp Durron, Mara Jade, Cilghal and Dal Konur.

Yeah I can't recall either, I think it doesn't, so I'd have to go with Borleais as the location of a Jedi Pilot training Facility, and they could do operations at both locations. :D

I don't know anything about black moon, so I will have to say the Borialess is my choice.

Blackmoon was a moon of Borleias. The Rogues and Wraiths used it as part of their training grounds.

That could be but if you have read the Joiner King Spoiler

The Chiss aren't in good terms with the Jedi since they think the Jedi have no busniess in Chiss Affairs.

So an academy in the Chiss Acendency would not be a likely place right now but maybe in the future

I think Dathomir would be a good place for a Jedi Academy. All the students you could ever want right outside your front door. I also think that if the Jedi are serious about protecting the whole galaxy, and not just the Galactic Alliance, they should negotiate a Jedi Academy within the Chiss Ascendency.

the Nogrhi did live on Honoghr but they decided that the planet wasn't heling it self so the NR sent them to wayland to live but I think the Vong either destoried the planet or the terriformed it. I can't remember spacifically

Yeah the Maw would work better as a Meeting place and a place to protevt the young.

Where would a good Jedi Pilot traing ground be? Borleias and Blackmoon?

Well yeah you are right but I think it would be a great place to put an academy. the Maw isn't a bad idea but you have to risk pilots because everyday you have to go out of the installation to do flight rutens. now the maw would serve a great place for classes and protecting younglings

+*> I think they
should move the Jedi Academy to Wayland were the
Nogrhi are.*+
*
The Noghri are on Honoghr, arent they?*

They originated on Honoghr, but started a colony on Wayland. What about Dagobah?

Also after reading Jedi Apprentice Special Edition 1, I think the Jedi should start a Jedi pilot program somewhere. Perhaps the Maw could be this as well, or for the Younglings of the NJO.

The Maw has lots of possibilites.

Mara's original lightsaber, the one she used while an Emperor's Hand, was violet. She lost this one while fleeing Lumiya at some point.

She went without a saber until Luke gave her Anakin's; this one, of course, was blue.

Shortly thereafter, Mara pursued her Force studies, but not wanting charity from Skywalker, agreed to become a "reciprocal apprentice" with Kyle Katarn. Part of her studies with him included building a lightsaber; recalling her old saber, she chose a violet crystal for her new one.

This saber, however, was apparently lost or retired at some point, as by the time of the Hand of Thrawn duology, she was back to using Anakin's lightsaber, which she has been using ever since.

In the Lucasarts game SW JK Mysteries of the Sith, Mara Jade has a violet Lightsaber, but in the NJO series she has a blue saber, doesn't she??

I have always wondered this because in (I think) TTT or VOTF Luke gives her his Fathers Blue Lightsaber so I think that is were it changed. I haven't read eanything that as Mara having a Pink Ightsaber.....Has anybody else

yeah lol. Anyways, the academies should be on safe planets such as Dantooine, because let's face it, Coruscant wasn't that safe for the prequels! I agree with Dantooine, but there should be more than just one safe academy, like on other planets!
