Was wondering if there was going to be the strict character focus in FOTJ, as In LOFT, Allston had Wedge, Traviss had Boba Fett, and Denning had Alema Rar. While it was nice that each author had thier own character that they could develop into what they wanted, it ultimately seemed that it detracted from the story in that each character rarely appeared in the other authors' work. This seemed to happen to also affect other main and minor characters, where the characters from one book to another did not feel the same or did not even appear. Is there going to be more communication between the authors in this series to avoid such issues this time around?

Will the main focus of FotJ still be on the ole' big three, or will it be moving more toward the younger generation?
It will continue to be a mix of characters. I imagine the younger characters will have more page time, but we'll see as the story progresses.

I'm sorry if I keep asking about Ben Skywalker and the Unknown Regions but can I at least ask Sue if there are plans to have non-Fate of the Jedi novels with the big three in the next possibly after FOTJ set in the classic trilogy or New Repubic era?

Yep Zinnos, as Tahiri says above, it's been indicated that Tenel's Hapan services will be required for quite sometime in the near future...just as the Hapans have been getting more play the last few series.
Besides, she is Allana's mother in the end game.
Can't wait to see where Tahiri shows up in the next few novels as well.
And Sue, thanks for keeping everyone so well informed over here!

Your posts have been removed because continue to ask the same questions over and over again. As other members have explained to you on multiple occasions that is not how this thread works. When a VIP doesn't answer you question repost it once to make sure they simply didn't miss it and if they still don't answer (read carefully now cause this is the key) lay off. You continually ask the same questions about Ben Skywalker and the Unknown Regions. Sure you mix up the wording to make it look like a new question but its not. If you continue to post the same questions I will have no choice but to ban you for a period.

Definitely. With both Troy Denning AND Elaine Cunningham, I'd say there's a big chance to see Tenel Ka and the rest of the Hapans.

Hey, Sue. I just want to say how excited I am for the
futue novels (Especially Blood Oath!). I've just been
wondering that since Tenel Ka now doesn't have Jacen,
Allana, or any connection to the main cast
(Solo/Skywalker families), will she dissapear? Or, if
you can answer this, are there plans for Tenel Ka and
the Hapans involvement in Blood Oath or Fate of the
Jedi?
Elaine Cunningham has said about Tenel Ka in Blood Oath "since (Zekk) went missing in Hapan space, it's very likely that Tenel Ka will make an appearance. "
Sue has said "FATE OF THE JEDI 3 by Troy Denning. More hapans... er, happens. Sorry for the typo, it means nothing."
So I would think it is safe to say, that Tenel Ka and the Hapans are not going anywhere.

Hey Sue, just wanted to say that I'm a great fan of what you and the good people at Del Rey have done with Star Wars. Legacy of The Force got me hooked on SW all over again, and I can't wait for Millennium Falcon and Fate of the Jedi to be released.
I have a question too, though it's no prob if you can't answer it.
Will the main focus of FotJ still be on the ole' big three, or will it be moving more toward the younger generation?

Maybe I can answer the question regarding Millennium Falcon's UK release. I believe that Amazon UK ( here) have been listing it since 16th June, but their listing is titled "Clone Wars - Wild Space (Star Wars)(Hardcover)" by Karen Miller to be released on 18th Dec. Why do I believe this?
1] well this listing appeared on Amazon UK on or around 16th June, the date that MF and LSaSoM US release dates were swapped
2] the page count for Amazon's listing is the same as Random House's page count for MF but not for Wild Space or LSaSoM!!
3] Amazon is listing a HARDCOVER release for Wild Space when the US release is a paperback. Why would the UK get a hardback that the US isn't?
4] A two month gap between US and UK hardback releases is uncommon, but not unheard of, especially considering that MF and LSaSoM had there release dates swapped.
If I'm not wrong it means where is Wild Space for the UK?

Ben a Jedi Master.....heck when are the NJO brats ever gonna make master? lol
So i just noticed that ur name is Sue Rostoni now! lol WTF happened there? i just loved trying to read between the letters to see your name!
So.....just got done with Order 66 awhile ago.......BRAVO!! What an unbelievable book! Being a Soldier myself currently deployed to Iraq for the last 14 months i have seen lots of death and destruction......even brothers dying due to the fate of war.
What im trying to get at is this.....Karen Traviss does an unbelievable job of getting into a Soldiers head that constantly see's this kind of crap. And what a great job of tapping into some really harsh emotions.
This book made me have some flashbacks it was so "real" at times.....but thats what is so great about it.

Just learned that OMEN will be released on June 23, 2009 rather than July 7th.
Thanks for all your thanks -- I really appreciate them.
I don't know anything about MILLENNIUM FALCON in the UK yet.
